About me? Well glad you asked. I am:
a wife of 10 years to the love of my life,
a mother of 2, to an 8 and 3 year old,
a new business owner of Candy Snaps Photography,
and a proud veteran of OIF, Operation Iraqi Freedom.

I am here because I want to share with the world my life and what I love to do, which is photography! I take great pride in what I do and I am learning everyday. I am making new friends in the process and I am casting my fears away by getting out and letting myself be know. Which is not easy for me since I am an introvert. My husband may say differently because he’s more introverted than I am. I do enjoy the peacefulness of being alone but on occasions, I like to be in the company of friends and family. Like everyone else, I’m sure, I have a ton of pictures throughout my home, in shoeboxes, in picture frames, not in picture frames, on the kitchen refrigerator, you know everywhere! I take pictures with my Sony alpha 58 but I also take pictures on my IPhone. I will always have a camera on me whether its a point and shoot, DSLR, or a camera phone.

Hobbies: I love to do anything that is craft-related. My friend Jennifer and I love to shop at stores like Hobby Lobby and Michael’s to get inspired and be noisy. I will try almost anything if it involves painting, gluing, fabric, whatever. My latest project that I have done was making decorative reefs. Not my best work, but I can say I did try something new! I would like to learn how to make invitations for my anniversary wedding that I am having in September 2014. If I can make it on my own, I will give it a try.
